Terms of use

These terms govern the use of DatingAppBoost, including its free version. They apply from the moment an account is created. The sale of subscriptions is governed by the terms of sale, and the processing of your data by the privacy policy.

DatingAppBoost is a tool to help you present yourself on dating apps. It reads the screenshots you give it, and draws a diagnosis, a score and rewriting suggestions from them. It is an analysis and writing tool: it is neither personalised coaching, nor psychological support, nor a matchmaking service, and it guarantees no result.

DatingAppBoost is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any dating app. We never access your accounts on those apps and never ask for your credentials: the service works solely from the screenshots you send yourself.

The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. You confirm this explicitly when creating your account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it is deleted.

Signing in is done through a link sent to your email address, or through Google. There is no password: the security of your account rests on the security of your mailbox. An account is personal; you do not share it and you do not resell it.

One account per person. Creating several accounts to get around the free plan quotas is abusive use within the meaning of article 6.

You remain the owner of your photos, your bio and your answers. You grant us only the right to process them, store them and pass them to our AI provider in order to produce your analysis and display it back to you. That right ends when your account is deleted. We publish nothing, resell nothing, and train no model on your content.

You warrant that what you send:

• belongs to you, or that you hold the necessary rights;
• does not depict any minor;
• is neither unlawful, nor hateful, nor pornographic, nor violent;
• does not infringe the privacy or the image rights of a third party.

The "My matches" feature reads the profile and the messages of somebody else. It is the most delicate feature of the service, and it comes with firm rules.

You undertake to:

• upload only conversations you took part in yourself;
• not upload content revealing a person's origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health, sex life or orientation;
• not use the service to monitor, harass, deceive or coerce anyone, nor to pass yourself off as somebody else;
• not republish or circulate what is returned to you about another person.

On our side, no score, no rating and no ranking is ever produced about the person on the other side, no inference is made about who they are or what they think, no screenshot of their profile or of your conversation is stored, and no persistence or manipulation tactic is suggested. Clear disinterest on their part is reported to you as such rather than worked around. The detail is on the how the AI works page.

It is prohibited:

• to circumvent the quotas, the paywall or the technical protection measures, by any means whatsoever;
• to automate access to the service (scripts, bots, mass extraction) without our written agreement;
• to resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the analyses produced, or to present them as your own in a competing service;
• to try to obtain from the AI system a behaviour it refuses — scoring a person, inferring their origin or their health, manipulative content;
• to disrupt the service or probe its security without authorisation.

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or in the event of a provider failure. We may change it, and the quotas as well as the scope of the plans may change; any change unfavourable to a current subscription is announced to you in advance and lets you cancel.

In the event of a serious breach of articles 4, 5 or 6, we may suspend or delete an account. Except in an emergency or in case of manifest illegality, a warning is sent beforehand and the decision can be contested at contact@datingappboost.com. If deletion occurs on a paid subscription without any breach on your part, the unused period is refunded.

You can close your account at any time from "My account", without reason: deletion erases your data and immediately cancels any current subscription.

The analyses are suggestions produced automatically. They may be wrong or debatable, and you remain the sole decision-maker about what you publish on a dating app. We cannot be held liable for the results obtained on those apps, nor for the decisions you take on the basis of our suggestions.

Nothing in this document limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, nor our liability in the event of fraud, gross negligence or harm to physical integrity.

The interface, the texts, the scoring grid and the graphic elements of the site are protected. The reports produced for you are intended for you, and you may use them freely for your own profile.

These terms may be changed. Any substantial change is flagged before it takes effect; continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance, and you may otherwise close your account.

This document is governed by Belgian law, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
