Managing or cancelling your subscription
You don't need to write to us: from the "My account" page, the "Manage my subscription" button opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel in one click.
Deleting your account
From "My account", the "Delete my account and my data" link permanently erases your account, your analyses and your bios. Any current subscription is cancelled beforehand.
