Terms of sale

Last updated: 2 septembre 2026

This is a translation of the French original. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of DatingAppBoost subscriptions to consumers. The seller is DatingAppBoost SRL, Square Ambiorix 11, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, whose full details appear in the legal notice.

Use of the service, including its free version, is governed by the terms of use.

2. The service

The service comes in three plans:

  • Free: a score out of 100 and the main problems detected on your profile, within a daily limit on the number of analyses intended to prevent abuse.
  • Match Ready: the full report (photo-by-photo scoring, rewritten bios, opening lines) and the profile builder.
  • Date Ready: everything in Match Ready, plus openers built on the profile in front of you, reply help conversation by conversation, saved profiles and the before / after comparison.

The detail of what each plan unlocks, along with the associated daily usage quotas, is displayed on the plan selection page at the time of ordering.

The analyses are produced by an artificial intelligence system, whose operation and limits are described on the how the AI works page. They are suggestions: they may contain errors or debatable judgements, and no result in number of matches, views or conversations is guaranteed.

3. Price and payment

Each paid plan is offered at a monthly rate and, where available, at a yearly rate charged in one instalment. The applicable price is the one displayed on the plan selection page and on the payment page at the time of ordering. Prices in the euro area, the United Kingdom and Australia are inclusive of all taxes; in the United States and Canada, applicable taxes are added at checkout, as is customary there. No amount is reproduced in these terms, so that no discrepancy can exist between what you read here and what you actually pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store any bank card data.

The currency of a subscription is fixed when it is taken out and cannot be changed afterwards. Switching currency requires cancelling and subscribing again.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is taken out monthly or yearly, at your choice, and renews automatically at the end of the chosen period until cancelled. The billing cycle applied is the one displayed at the time of payment; the yearly amount is charged in one instalment at the start of the period.

You can cancel at any time, without reason and without charge, from "My account" then "Cancel my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for: access stays active until then, no new charge is made, and your data is kept. You can change your mind before the deadline from your billing space. On a yearly subscription, that period runs until the anniversary date: access is kept until then, and the year already paid for is not refunded pro rata.

Deleting your account is a separate and final action: it erases your data and causes the immediate cancellation of the current subscription. The period already paid for is not refunded. If you only wish to end the subscription, use the cancellation described above rather than deleting your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without reason and without charge.

Since the service is digital content supplied immediately, the payment page asks you, by means of a mandatory, non-pre-ticked checkbox, to expressly request immediate performance of the service and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. That checkbox is presented by Stripe, which keeps its timestamp. Until you tick it, payment cannot go through.

If you have not given that agreement, or if the service has not yet been performed, you keep your full right of withdrawal for fourteen days.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply write to us at contact@datingappboost.com before the end of the period, by an unambiguous statement. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving your request, using the same means of payment.

6. Your obligations

You undertake to send only photos to which you hold the necessary rights, and not to send unlawful content or photos of third parties without their agreement. The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over; you confirm this when creating your account. The other obligations of use appear in the terms of use.

7. Availability and liability

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or in the event of a third-party provider failure. We cannot be held liable for the decisions you take on the basis of the suggestions produced, nor for the results obtained on a third-party dating app.

The statutory guarantees applicable to consumers remain fully in force.

8. Complaints and mediation

In the event of a dispute, contact us first at contact@datingappboost.com. Failing a solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels — consumerombudsman.be), as well as to the European online dispute resolution platform.

9. Governing law

The contract is governed by Belgian law, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
